Pickups for this auction will be by appointment only, some of the items are located upstairs in the home (you will find that info in the special instructions) Pickups will be held Sunday June 25th from 10am-3pm.

Due to the higher costs and inflation I have no other choice but to raise the buyers premium to 15%. I have long struggled with this battle and and held out as long as I could to make sure that I have stayed competitive and cost efficient. As most of you know when you pick up we have the majority of your items wrapped and packaged for you. Those costs have gone up and I have to raise my price to offset the costs to myself. I hope you all can understand and continue to support my Business. I appreciate each and every one of you and go the extra mile because you (my customers) are important to me.
